Pricing and FAQ

See the complete program before you see the price.

One price and no packages to decode. Here is the work, the finished agreement, the founding cohort price, and the answers parents ask for most.

The founding cohort

You're not buying a document. You're building the way the two of you will make decisions for years.

$3,000 CADper family · founding cohort price

One complete 12-week process. The price is for the family, not per parent, and includes the coached work, between-session drafting, tools, and finished agreement described below.

$250per family, per program week

Equivalent to $125 per parent per week if the cost is divided equally.

01

The room

Lauren prepares and facilitates each conversation, keeps the question in focus, and creates space for both parents to participate.

02

The work between

The two of you draft each section between sessions, and Lauren reviews it before the next call. The plan doesn't depend on memory.

03

The finished agreement

A 12-section Family Forward Agreement covering communication, schedules, school, daily life, health, expenses, holidays, change, and more.

04

What stays with you

Named tools for future messages and decisions, plus an agreement process for review, amendments, and new stages of family life.

The real work behind the price

What $3,000 CAD actually buys.

This is the work, counted.

13

Coached conversations

Two private intake sessions, one for each parent, then eleven joint sessions. Two of the biggest topics, holidays and disagreements, run 90 minutes.

12

Sections you draft, Lauren reviews

Each week the two of you draft that week's section, and Lauren reviews it before your next call, so every session starts from the page.

14h

In the room with Lauren

Two private intakes and eleven joint sessions add up to fourteen scheduled hours, and Lauren reviews every drafted section between calls.

1

Signed working agreement

A complete plan you both sign in Week 12, with scheduled reviews built in so it grows with your family.

Questions parents ask

Asked and answered, plainly.

Is this legal advice? Is the agreement a court order?

No. Family Forward is coaching, and the agreement you build is a parenting document you both sign, not a court order. You may choose to bring it to a family lawyer to inform a formal parenting plan or separation agreement, and independent legal advice is encouraged. A lawyer can advise you on rights, obligations, and legal effect.

Is this therapy or mediation?

Neither. Therapy looks backward at healing, and mediation resolves a dispute you are already in. Family Forward is forward-looking coaching: structured sessions where the two of you make decisions and leave with them written down. If therapy is what one of you needs, we will say so honestly.

What if we can't agree on something?

You will disagree. That is expected, and the program is built for it. Sessions use the PAUSE framework to move a stuck decision from positions to options, and your agreement itself includes an escalation path you design for future disagreements. Disagreeing about something that matters does not mean co-parenting is failing. It means you both care.

Do we both have to take part?

Yes. The agreement is built and signed by both parents, so both parents have to be in the room. If your co-parent is hesitant, send them the page written for them: it answers their questions plainly and offers them a discovery call of their own, without you on it. Neither of you has to believe it will work yet. You just both have to be willing to try the first session.

Do we have to be on good terms to start?

No. You have to be willing to sit in a coached session and focus on your child. That is all. The communication skills are part of what the program teaches, so needing them is not a reason to wait, it is the reason to start.

How much time does it take?

One session a week for 12 weeks. Most sessions are 60 minutes, and two bigger topics, holidays and disagreements, run 90. Between sessions the two of you write up the decisions you already made in the room, and Lauren reviews the draft before your next call.

What happens after Week 12?

Your agreement includes scheduled reviews, a six-month check-in and a one-year full review, plus the triggers that reopen a section early, like a move, a new partner, or a school change. It is a living document, built to grow with your family.

What if my situation involves abuse or an active court case?

Then this program is not the right tool, and we will tell you so on the discovery call. Active litigation needs your lawyer. Abuse or coercive control needs specialized support, not joint negotiation. The discovery call screens for this carefully, for everyone's protection.
